Reduce stress by strengthening confidence

By

Imagine you are in a job interview and you were asked “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” Will you be able to answer? If I asked you to speak in front of a crowd, can you? Perhaps you can answer the first question but the second challenge, that’s an entirely different thing. This boils down to one thing: confidence.

Do you know that highly confident people have just as many flaws and weaknesses as people with low self-confidence and they are aware of it as much as you are? The good thing about having confidence: absence of stress.

You see, the lack of self-confidence gives you stress. You worry about your appearance, the way you talk and carry yourself. You think too much about what others think of you. You are afraid to explore things that you can actually do if you try. All of these eventually build up in your mind and eventually, you end up stressed.

This is where meditation comes in. It allows you to do two things:

  1. It allows you to disconnect momentarily and reconnect with your inner self and accept who you are; great qualities and imperfection combined.
  2. It awakens you capability to connect with others. You feel that you are not alone; that you’re not the only one who feels they have imperfections and accept others as well.

Begin your journey now by downloading these two samples of my high-quality deep relaxation sessions and a free report (total value $29.95) absolutely for FREE.

As Oprah said, "What you believe has more power than what you dream or wish or hope for. You become what you believe."
